9. Handling of complaints and disputes concerning personal data  


- In the event of a dispute or complaint relating to the processing of personal data, Brand K Vina will receive, review and respond to it within 15 business days of receiving a valid request. In more complex cases, the response time may be extended, but will not exceed 30 business days.

- Where necessary, we may ask you to provide additional supporting documents to assist us in handling the complaint.

- All requests will be handled in a spirit of good faith and cooperation and in compliance with applicable law, so as to safeguard the legitimate rights of our customers.
