PRICING POLICY

This pricing policy is issued by Brand K Vina and sets out the rules on the public display of prices and of the costs associated with purchasing goods on the website.

1. Price listing principles

 1.1. All goods offered on the gif2box.vn website are listed at prices displayed openly and clearly on the information page for each product.

1.2. The price listed on the website is the selling price at the time the customer visits the site and places the order.

1.3. Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). They include VAT but exclude delivery charges and any other surcharges (if any).

1.4. The Customer only has to pay the exact final total displayed at the order confirmation step. We undertake not to charge any additional fee that has not been notified in advance.

2. Price levels and pricing arrangements applied

2.1. Listed retail price: applies to individual customers purchasing directly on the website.

2.2. Promotional price: applies during the period and on the conditions specifically published for each programme.

3. Price changes

Brand K Vina reserves the right to adjust product prices to reflect:

3.1 Business policy from time to time;

3.2 The cost of supplying the product;

3.3 Changes in taxes, fees or legal requirements;

3.4 Promotional and special offer programmes;

A change in price does not affect transactions confirmed by Brand K Vina before the new price takes effect, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law provides otherwise.

4. Pricing errors

Where the price displayed on the website contains an obvious error caused by a technical fault or a data entry mistake (for example, the wrong unit, a missing or extra zero, or a price of zero dong), we will contact the Customer within 1 business day to notify them of the correct price. The Customer is then entitled to:

  • Proceed with the order at the correct price notified; or
  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund of any amount paid within 7 business days, free of any charge.

5. Effect:

This policy takes effect from the date on which it is posted on the website gif2box.vn and may be updated or amended by Brand K Vina at any time to suit its business operations and legal requirements. Any change will be published on the website and takes effect as soon as it is posted.
