SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
1. Scope of application
This policy applies to every purchase made with Brand K Vina, whether online through the website, by telephone order, or in person at the company official stores or authorised dealers.
2. Delivery methods
Brand K Vina currently delivers nationwide. Certain special areas (such as remote areas, islands or locations that are difficult to reach) may involve additional costs and longer delivery times; in such cases we will notify you in advance. We offer the following delivery methods:
- Collection in person: you may purchase and collect your goods directly at the company store or warehouse.
- Delivery to your door: we work with reputable couriers across the country to ensure fast and safe delivery.
- Express delivery: for orders that must be delivered urgently, please contact us directly for prompt assistance.
Please note: to ensure that delivery goes smoothly and on time, please enter all the required information correctly and in full when placing your order. Brand K Vina accepts no liability for late delivery or loss arising from incorrect information provided by you.
3. Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders with a value of VND 500,000 or more (not combinable with other promotional or discount programmes).
- For orders below that value, the delivery charge is calculated according to the courier tariff, depending on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
- The exact charge will be notified to you before the order is confirmed.
- In certain special cases (bulky or fragile goods, or areas far from the city centre), additional delivery charges may apply and will be notified to you in advance.
4. Processing and delivery times
- Confirmed orders are processed within 24 working hours.
- Estimated delivery times:
Inner-city Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 business days.
Other provinces and cities: 2-5 business days.
Remote areas and islands: 5-7 business days.
- In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or epidemics, during periods of high order volume (public holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year)) or where unforeseen problems arise, delivery may take longer. Should this occur, we will notify you and agree revised arrangements with you.
5. Rules on receiving goods
- Please inspect the condition and quantity of the goods carefully and check them against the order placed.
- If you find that the wrong product has been sent, that items are missing or damaged, or that the seal has been broken, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately for prompt assistance.
- To protect your interests, we recommend that you film the unboxing as soon as you receive the goods. This will be important evidence in resolving any complaint.
- If a delivery-related defect arises, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can assist you promptly.
6. Responsibility during delivery
- Brand K Vina is responsible for the goods throughout the delivery process until they have been successfully delivered to you.
- Once you have signed for the goods, responsibility for the product passes to you.
- Every order is assigned a tracking number so that you can easily follow the status of your delivery.
- Should an order be lost or damaged through the fault of the courier, Brand K Vina will work with the courier to resolve the matter and to protect your interests.
7. Exceptions and special terms
- This delivery policy does not apply to promotional items, gifts or products forming part of a special offer programme.
- Only one delivery promotion or offer, being the most favourable, may be applied to an order at any one time.
- This policy may be adjusted to suit particular sales programmes. Any change will be published on the Brand K Vina website.
